NusaCarbon supports the following internationally recognized carbon credit methodologies:
1.1 Verra (VCS) methodologies
- VM0010: Methodology for Improved Forest Management through Extension of Rotation Age (IFM ERA)
- VM0033: Methodology for Tidal Wetland and Seagrass Restoration (mangrove & seagrass blue carbon)
1.2 Gold Standard
- VT0014: Soil Carbon Sequestration in Agricultural Lands
1.3 Indonesia SRN (Sistem Registri Nasional)
- KMSAH-001: National standard for Reforestation & Afforestation projects (NDVI-based canopy monitoring, allometric biomass, annual verification)
An ocean carbon module is also available for research and pre-assessment only; it is not credit-eligible.

7. Limitations & disclaimers
Important — NusaCarbon provides digital MRV tools to accelerate carbon project assessment. Our automated reports are NOT a substitute for accredited third-party verification required for carbon credit issuance.
- Free tier pre-assessments are estimates only
- Satellite data has inherent limitations (cloud cover, resolution)
- Final verification must be performed by accredited auditors
- We do not guarantee carbon credit approval or issuance
